In Creotology Personal Development, we explore the concepts of internal energy and we even have our version of using it as battle ki in a real fight. First off the term “Battle Ki” is a very lose term that is used with other terms like life force, universal consciousness, and even spirit. However, we all have ideas about what it is but no one really knows what it is. We do know how to use it for what we want to achieve with it. The internal energy that we use is a combination of our belief system, air flow, and muscle tension at its simplest explanation. We may be working with this metaphysical term internal energy but, Creotology makes no claims or confirmation about using a super power or ability. Battle ki is just another art that we can use to withstand hopefully a powerful shot to a vulnerable area of the body in a real fight. Creotology battle ki does not guarantee that you will not be affected by the shot. However, in hundreds of punches and kicks to the vulnerable parts of the body no short term or long term damage has been sustained to the practioner of the art. And the art has been taught to my knowledge for at least fifty or sixty years. We do know some things that do work for sure at helping the body to endure this type of training, but it is not for everyone.
Things that may help to improve your energy levels and your body to become healthy:
Get plenty of quality sleep
Drink clean reversed osmosis water
Exercise daily for at least 45-60 minutes and do strength resistance training at least 2-3 times weekly
Perform the Creotology Personal Development breathing techniques 3 times a week.
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, also drink freshly made vegetable juice daily at least 16 ounces work your way up from there.
Practice living in flow daily and do not shy away from obstacles, formulate a plan and implement it. (Take Action)
Take a quality martial art class or yoga or something of this nature. If you can attend a free workshop by Creotology do so and receive free mental techniques that will help you in your daily life.
Take control of small things in your life that gives you a feeling of control, meaning you feel your personal will affecting the out come and it happens and work your way up from there. Start small and then go larger. The more control you feel over your life the more charge you feel to complete things and to make things happen.
