Well said. It is easy to be negative and just say others are wrong. It is equally difficult to turn around and admit you were wrong about doing so after the event.

The key to every kind of success is confidence. And it starts with a healthy self image and self esteem. This is the core of Personal Development I should say.

"Another personal development technique to implement is when confidence is needed, stand or sit with your back straight and imagine in your mind that you are expanding and becoming larger than the person or situation that you have to tackle."

...that technique really sounds great to me. I am practicing this now at home and i could really see myself using this technique at work and maybe in other parts of my life.

I have been putting off launching a webpage about nutrition. I suppose i have a fear of rejection that people won't care what I have to say, although i know this is not true because everyone in my life is always asking me for nutritional advice! I believe i am aware of at least one cause of this self-doubt, my parents. I think i just realized i might need to do the Reconfiguration of Consciousness exercise again.

You have been asking your Facebook friends to read and comment on some of these blog entries, so i have started to read them, this was the first.

I am interested in many/ALL areas of self development, even areas that I thought i was doing well in, i now see i can improve upon.

The areas i find most interesting to learn about currently are these 3 areas you mentioned:

9. How to plan and strategize your future while not missing out on living in the moment.
10. How to deal with toxic people and the energy they try to pollute you with.
11. Learn to rid yourself of what does not matter and focus only on those things that do.

After reading your book, The Teachings of Soke Draconis, I was able to greatly improve upon how i deal with toxic people. It seems to me, that you can not always just drop toxic people out of your life, for example, if they are a co-worker and you must try to get along with them on a daily basis..or they could be a family member. So i am interested in learning even more about this specific topic.

If anything, reading this blog and the Soke Draconis book, only opened my eyes up to the fact that I can improve on how i deal with these different situations whether they be at work, family life, or just confusion in my own mind in general.

What a breath of fresh air I start my day with a 4.30 am run then tai chi I started with an hour of power that itself led to powerful days.
We are all responsible for all that is good or otherwise in our life the sooner we own that thought
The better life becomes a japanese proverb I often use is vision without action is a daydream.
Action without vision is a nightmare. Thank you as always

Emotional control can make or break you in business. So many people make really bad decisions when they let there emotions get in the way of what is right for there business. Example: Don't let a family member have a task or certain job because they are family. Getting a professional to do it will save you time, money, and the heartache of firing your family member or worse yet, you letting it go on and bring about the downfall of your business to protect someones feelings.
