Personal Development and Some of the Primary Focus of Control!

Personal Development and Some of the Primary Focus of Control!

As the world becomes a more competitive place to live in, we are naturally trying for a edge in our life’s that will allow us and our children to evolve and thrive. Personal Development is not only about your growth as a person, but also about other people who are beginning to train and to become Personal Development Instructors.

A Personal Development Instructor is called a Creational Master in Creotology Personal Development. It is a good thing to be sure that the Personal Development Course or Instructor you take on is qualified with some type of training that shows they are able to truly excel in life and are capable of accomplishing things that are in alignment with what you want to create or they have accomplished something higher than what you want and now you are inspired by them to try and do the same. In other words, your Personal Development Instructor should stretch you towards being more than you imagined you could have ever become.

This is easier said than done. Most Personal Development Instructors are just repeating the same information from one book to the next. While the basics stay the same (as in any well established system) you need to look for Personal Development Instructors that are on the cutting edge of information and transformational mental techniques. It is also important they be evolving themselves and not just resting on their past achievements. They must be trying to evolve and grow as well.

Self-awareness is a primary tool that we as humans have developed and know that we are not our thoughts or actions. Many people get caught up in the idea that they are what they think and act upon. However, this is not true. Most peoples actions and thoughts are on a sub-conscious level and therefore they are not even in control of their thoughts and actions. That is why a good Personal Development Course or Instructor will give you training to become more of a deliberate and conscious creator in your life. To become more of a conscious creator in your life does involve training and action in your life. You will have to study and test things in your life to see if they are worth your time or not, but, isn’t your life worth it?

Self-awareness allows you to have a deep introspection of yourself and the ability to know if something is wrong or right for you. You learn to listen to yourself and not take things personally. When you fail at something you do not personalize it and lower your self-confidence by that event in your life. You learn that you can grow by your mistakes and failures and that you are more than you first thought yourself to be. A good Personal Development Instructor or Course will help you to easily see this and through your increasing self-awareness, you can become a larger more conscious persona and grow beyond your wildest dreams.

Personal Development and the Power of Self-Management

Personal Development and the Power of Self-Management

We talked yesterday about the Power of Self-Management and the power it can build for you into your daily life. So if we are going to explore the ability to Self-Manage ourselves to a level of fruition that produces the fruit we want to receive then we have to ask the foremost important question: Why do we believe that we have so little value? I believe this belief causes more pain and suffering than any other belief we can feed into about ourselves. It is very destructive course of action towards our self-confidence and ambition in life.

From the time we are children to pre-teens to teens to adults we are bombarded with people who lower our self-esteem and destroy our own personal sense of discipline and self-worth. Very little is done in school to help this situation. We were always perceiving another student doing better than us because they got a better grade a few times and we found out about it. Then we began to think in our minds, “That person is just smarter than me.” It continues all through school and even when our friends played with someone else and left us out of the fun we wanted to know, “How are they better than me?  I thought my friend liked me?”

Personal Development in the past has done little to fix this problem other than offer people an over inflated idea about themselves and one they cannot live up too at that. So we construct a reality in our own mind and try to assign value to ourselves there and sometimes we over do it. Don’t get me wrong, we must be able to have extreme self-confidence and to have high ambition. But we must have a sense of reality that what we believe we can do, we can really do. An over bloated idea about ourselves and what we “think” we can really do does not help our confidence level. In other words, what we think we can do we must be able to do. Delusions of your ability does not help your self-confidence.

Personal Development needs to teach more about the reality in your head becoming congruent with the reality you see in your daily life. It is hard to be objective in a subjective world. In fact, you can’t really rely on what others say about your results because they are skewed as well. Friends and family don’t want to hurt your feelings. You must test yourself in order to know what you can and cannot do. Or perhaps you need an expert Personal Development Coach to help you get the raw facts that you need in order to excel. Self-management is all about you having a worldview of yourself that is compatible with what you want to accomplish in life.

The personal development that you pursue should be trackable and verifiable with results that you produce. This way you will know how much better you are really getting at anything you want to excel at in your life.

The thinking trap that we get caught up with in our life is that we value ourselves by what we achieve in life. Your value as a human being is not determined by what you do or achieve in life. That only works in the market place. You have to value yourself independently of your achievements in life in order to stay balanced.

And good personal development course should teach you this distinction. Your value is not what you create. Your value is what type of person you are and how you treat other people. Many people will gain fame and think. “If it is this easy then it must not be to important because anyone can do this.” They can’t believe that they are good enough for the success and therefore begin to tear it down. Make sure your chosen personal development course teaches you this as well and you will see your self value go sky high and nothing will seem impossible to you!

Personal Development and the Time Management Factor!

Personal Development and the Time Management Factor!

Two things that are for sure in our lives – time and energy. Time and energy are the most valuable thing we have second only to our health. However, finding the time to do what we need to accomplish daily is a bit of a grind. I know I have experienced it and still do a little from time to time. But, I have learned some tricks through Personal Development I will share here with you.

The first trick is to know your energy times and the times that you are at your strongest. Everyone has a time of the day that they are their strongest and most energized. I like to do my most pressing matters during the early morning and get them out of the way. Also, don’t try to schedule a bunch of things everyday. Personal Development skills will help you time the effectiveness of your strongest point of focus and work from there daily. When you are focused and centered you will be amazed at the amount of work you can get done. I mean you will eventually hit the zone and even impress yourself.  Organize the things you have to do into most pressing to the least and take a few on everyday. By the end of the week all has been handled and you are ready for the new pressing matters. It is true that you should strive to be conscious all the time. However , there are times when a routine can be very helpful and productive.

If you’re able to just get up and do your morning work-out without even thinking about it; this is a good sub-conscious routine. It is worth keeping because it is result oriented and makes you healthy.  So not all sub-conscious behavior is bad. But, you do have to keep an eye on what is effective for you as an individual and what is not. When your are in creations that make you do things that are not productive and then you want to justify your actions with the cop out of lacking self responsibility; this is not a good thing at all and this type of Sub-Conscious programming should not be tolerated. Tomorrow we will discuss the power of your conscious actions.

Personal Development Stand for Something or Fall for Anything

Personal Development Stand for Something or Fall for Anything

My studies in Personal Development has led me to the discovery that if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything. I believe this to be very true, however, it does require a little adjustment. You do need to be sound in your beliefs, but, you also must be willing to openly hear others without being offended or closed from an alternate understanding. If you are closed from hearing other beliefs then you probably are not very secure in your belief. The power of beliefs can change your world for better or for worse. But, what is important is that you are always willing to explore and listen with an open mind about other beliefs. There are a lot of different Personal Development courses that are out there and that are valuable. What is important is that you find the right course  that works for you.

You can be extremely glued to your viewpoint and still listen to what others are saying without being judgmental and defensive. In fact try all this week to listen to other people’s ideas about a subject matter and try and stay neutral about their belief. Just listen to their convictions and feel it and allow it to move on. Remember the real power of a belief is in how effective it is and if it helps to get you what you desire. A good Personal Development course will teach you that beliefs are what creates reality. If it does not, you may want to re-think spending your money and attention on pursuing that course.

Beliefs do create reality and are the DNA for your thoughts that become your manifestations. Creotology Personal Development will allow you to explore your beliefs and make you very happy that you did because this is where changes are made in Personal Development. Beliefs and thoughts, actions and proper thinking, all provide input for your outcome base of results.

Personal Development is all about you finding your passion and the principles that work for you. Creotology has that very exercise to help you discover your convictions and how to change them – allowing you to achieve your desires. The best part is that the exercise is free and there for you if you want to explore your consciousness and the beliefs that make them up.

The Personal Development of Meditation

The Personal Development of Meditation!

It is no secret to you by now that I am a Martial Artist of thirty years. Thirty years is a long time to have done anything. In fact, the only think I have done more than Martial Arts and Personal Development is living! However, in my personal pursuit to improve my mental abilities and enhance my character I have tried many things in the way of Personal Development (and I do mean many things). I have also paid a fortune in the pursuit of my Personal Development.  Whether it worked for me or not the lessons were still extremely valuable to me. In fact, all the accumulated experiences are what have made me what I am today. I still keep looking and developing myself daily and will always strive to do so!

Because of being a Martial Art student, teacher, and ultimately promoted to Grand Master status. I am asked often about meditation and how to do it. I do not believe there is a wrong way to do it as much as there may be a better way for you to do it. The point is, everyone is different and processes information differently. That is why many of us can look at something and have different beliefs about what we saw. Meditation is no different. How you process information and if you are more sensitive to feeling something or better at thinking things through or maybe you work better with colors or maybe sounds makes a major difference in the meditation you should do. I like to perform meditation that takes me in the accepted dimension of the object I am meditating on. I like to see the object in my mind and go into the object and exist there as the object in my mind. There are naturally all types of variations to this technique, but, once again, it is about what works for you. Doing many different types of meditations is best until you find a few that work well for you and brings you the feeling and experiences you are after.

Personal Development is an ongoing job and it is not something that you can hand over to another and say here do this for me and give me all the improvements you gain from doing so for me.  You must be active in your search and apply yourself so that you get the experience, knowledge and wisdom. Then you will find that your journey will come full circle…not only can you meditate with the best of them, you can also teach others your valuable knowledge and wisdom to help them in their Personal Development journey to the center of their consciousness.

Creotology Personal Development and the Power of Attention!

Creotology Personal Development and the Power of Attention

Soke Draconis and I were walking down the street in our neighborhood enjoying the beautiful summer day.  As we strolled along, we were discussing Creotology Personal Development Institute and how the programs were evolving when we happened upon a large cat sneaking up on some birds enjoying a puddle of water from the previous night’s rain. Soke Draconis said, “Look at the incredible amount of focused attention the cat has on those birds. That is the type of attention that our students need to have in Creotology Personal Development.”

We stopped and watched what nature had designed and looked for the lesson in the moment. The cat readied itself, kept very low to the ground and moved in small little steps. With its ears laid back and everything about it very still. We could see that the cat was now focusing on the bird closest to him. Soke Draconis whispered, “The cat is going for the low hanging fruit. This means the bird he has picked is the closest for his success.” Soke’s remark sent my thoughts back to a class in Creotology Personal Development about focus and attention. Also, I think I have felt that type of attention in some mental procedures that we do in class.

The birds played and were oblivious to the predator that was about to pounce on their freedom. It was hard to watch, but nature is what it is! With a fast bolt, the cat leaped and successfully hit its mark.  As the other birds took off and the chaos cleared, there stood the cat with its bird and fruit of the cat’s rewards for a perfect and flawless attack. Once again, it was hard for Soke Draconis and me to watch the event. However, we came away with some keen insights. The insights were to stay focused on one thing at a time, look for the most available opportunity at all times, be patient and remain centered in your focus and whatever you do, do not jump the gun.
