Many people have tried to learn personal development out of a book! Now true there are a lot of books that are filled with bad to awesome information. There is literally a wealth of information on those pages. But there is a flaw and it is a large one! Experience, is the missing ingredient. See once you read about something and extract the philosophy then you are left to wonder what now! I mean you accumulated this information, “what do you do with it now? The truth is all you did was transfer the information from the book to your brain. Body Language


The way that you hold your body has a lot to do with how you will feel from moment to moment. The feeling of being in power and able to support your own structure is paramount to you feeling like you can tackle the world today! The way that you stand and how you present yourself says a lot about you in the first few minutes of meeting someone. In fact, it can affect the energy in the room and switch the energy and thinking about you in someone’s mind without you saying a word. The way you hold your body tells a lot about how your mind is feeling that day. If the mind is feeling good and healthy, then you reflect what you feel from the inside to the outside. Practice taking deep breathes through your mouth and releasing it through your nose. As you breathe in, feel your body stretch and grow forward, actually feel yourself getting taller. Repeat the same process with each breath (all ten times or twenty times). Learning to use body language can take you very far in both your personal and business world. When you have powerful body skills and verbal skills your whole world will open up. Communications will be easier. Getting others to work with you will dramatically expand. Body stance can make you feel strong or very weak. The stance and the way you walk will automatically tell people a lot about you. In fact, your walk can tell a lot of people about your confidence level and the way you conduct your personal and professional business with them directly. Your body language will tell others that you have the confidence and self-control to accomplish what you say you can or not. This will win the deal for you in business and close the deal in your personal relationships. People of power are known for their great confident stances. So what are you waiting for?
